The annual Congregational Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, January 24 immediately following worship. It is during this annual meeting that the new Elders and Deacons are elected, the prior year's financial report reviewed, the budget for the coming year is reviewed and reports from all committees are given. Everyone is welcome to attend, however, only members of the church are eligible to vote.


The annual meeting of the Montesano Presbyterian Church was held Sunday January 24, 2010. Church members voted to approve the following to the Board of Deacons and Ruling Elders, as recommended by the Nominating Committee.

Also brought before the congregation by the approval of Session, was the budget for 2010, in the amount of $205, 069.00.

Benevolence $ 35,735.00

General Expenses 19,800.00

Staff Expenses 137,034.00

Budgeted Programs 12,500.00

$ 205,069.00

Deacons and Elders, Please make note that the Deacons and Elders will be having their February meeting at the Retreat on Feb. 5-6.
